Photography focused on documenting contemporary Inuit culture across both land and community settings. Working with Arctic Stock, I captured traditional practices including sewing, tool-making, throat singing, and on-the-land activities.
Ikaluktutiak — “a place of many fish” — has relied on Arctic char for generations. However, as climate change alters freeze-up, ice-off, and water conditions, the timing of char migrations is becoming increasingly difficult to predict.
